Set-up, exhibiting and pack-up times

Set-up times

On the last set-up day, all corridor areas must be clear of all materials as carpets are laid that day. Following this, only the stand areas themselves may be used.

Exhibiting times

During the exhibition period, access to the hall will be permitted one hour before/after the official opening times.

Pack-up times
Thursday       13 September 2012    16:00 – 22:00
Friday             14 September 2012    08:00 – 18:00
Saturday        15 September 2012    08:00 – 16:00

m2 – price includes:
Stand rental for three exhibition days, setting-up and packing-up, heating, electricity in the exhibition halls, registering personnel, night security, parking, corridor carpets and interior design of communal areas.

Additionally, stand construction can be ordered, power outlet, electricity, spots, telephone, furniture, carpets and daily cleaning of the stand. Odense Congress Center current prices apply to these services.

Payment terms 
DKK 3,000 when registering
50 % of amount 23th og March (2012)
50 % of amount in 22nd of June (2012)

Cancellation deadline for week 12 payment is 24 March 2012. Cancellation deadline for week 25 payment is 23 June 2012. The full amount will be invoiced if the cancellation deadline has passed.
